Acrylic Scenic/Abstract Painting Classes

An Art Therapy Practitioner provides guidance and support to the client as they engage in the art-making process. By encouraging the use of symbolism and metaphor, movement, colour exploration, texture and technique, the client can use art as a means of processing and making sense of difficult experiences. Through this opportunity, the client can explore their own emotions and thoughts, as they gain insight into their psychological and emotional states.
